i'm ben — a worshipper, songwriter, and musician from the welsh valleys. music has been part of me my whole life; born into a land of song, it's in my blood.

i write and record music as an act of worship. everything i create goes back to the one who gave me the gift. i lead worship at vineyard cardiff and run outpost, a monthly worship night in cardiff.
